本プロジェクトでは、従来人手で行っていた工場内のAMRの移動順序や方向の調整業務を自動化しました。AIを活用することで、刻一刻と変わる現場環境に最適なパラメータをリアルタイムで推定し、AMRの運行を効率化しました。 この自動化システムにより、作業効率の向上とコスト削減が実現され、工場全体の生産性が大幅に向上しました。
